In January 2015, Junge Wirtschaft Burgenland started the initiative “Startup Burgenland”. Their goal: Support for startups in different ways: Individual coaching of new ideas | Trainings and workshops on different topics related to startups | networking events | offering co-working space and meetup-offices.

Workshop IPR for startups
Every startup, every company needs to know where they might have an IPR that is worth protecting it and where it hurts other companies’ property rights. This workshop will give you an insight on different types of IPRs (patents, Gebrauchsmuster, trade marks) and how to handle them. Design protection is another topic.
The trainers bring a lot of experience and examples with them. We want the participants to use their projects as part of the discussion.

– Karl Prodinger, patent expert, technical consulting (areas: technology, environment, energy)
