Visa Options, Business Travel, and Green Cards: What the Business Community Needs to Know and Recent Developments Following the Election of President Trump
The presenter, Attorney Sal Savatteri, Jr. Esq., Principal, Savatteri Law Firm, P.C., will discuss the core concepts of the US immigration system as it relates to businesses seeking to transition employees to the United States in both temporary and permanent status. Key issues regarding visa types, allowable activities as a business visitor, investor options, green card options, and compliance will be discussed. Developments following the recent Presidential election that impact immigration will also be covered. The program will allow sufficient time for audience questions, discussion, and networking.
The main part of the program will take place in the Waltz conference room.
