The composition of the team is one of the crucial success factors for a start-up. The most important prerequisite: The people in the team must match well, have a common objective and the responsibilities are clearly distributed among the team members.
In this workshop you will learn about

the basic principles for the team building to allocate roles and responsibilities in a team as a basis for a successful business and
substantiated topics concerning the growth of a start-up: e.g. advice on further development of venture capital funding

Trainer: Thomas Funke
Dr. Thomas Funke heads the entrepreneurship department of a think tank of the German Federal Ministry for Economics since August 2013. Before that he was Assistant Professor and founder of the Entrepreneurship Center Network at Vienna University of Economics and Business. In addition he was founder and head of operations of the Research Studio eSPARK, a studio that aims at supporting entrepreneurs in the very early stages. In his academic career he was based in the US, Hong Kong and Austria.
