Workshop hands-on: Anhand eines Muster-Term Sheets wird der Ablauf einer Finanzierungsrunde dargestellt und der Inhalt sowie Begriffe des Term Sheets (vom “tag-along”, “drag-along” und “down round protection”-Bestimmungen) erklärt.
Der Workshop wird geleitet von Robert Benedikt, Supporting Member von Austrian Startups, Mitglied der AAIA und Rechtsanwalt, der unter anderem für die große US-Kanzlei Sullivan & Cromwell tätig war.
