Startup Awards is dubbed the “Oscars” for Slovakia’s early-stage technology companies, otherwise known as startups. This year’s Startup Awards are bringing a whole-day event with top-notch international visionaries, entrepreneurs, investors and policy makers, including Esther Dyson, Uri Levine, Yanki Margalit, Karel Obluk, Jan Hammer, Petra Langerova, Danny Cabrera and more. This is the most enjoyable startup event you’ve ever been to. Interact with fellow entrepreneurs, investors, researchers and generally awesome people in an informal atmosphere of pre-Christmas Bratislava, and end the day at the legendary afterparty at the NuSpirit Club. The event is held all day on December 2 at Istropolis, the functionalist House of Trade Unions in central Bratislava. Tickets are on sale for EUR 49.
