Attention is one of the most undervalued resources every person has.
What determines achievements and success are not so much talent and intellectual knowledge but how someone operates and acts in life. This includes how we connect with people, how we make decisions, how we prioritise, etc., and these are skills that can be learned. Unfortunately, its use is not taught in schools or in any education system we know of.
The workshop addresses one of these skills which is the ability to control your attention, a skill which is relevant to anyone who has goals, but even more so when the goals are aiming to challenge existing paradigms.
The workshop will explore and demonstrate the connection between how we manage our attention and our success in life. This is an important ability for everyone, but particularly those who would like to develop and grow personally and professionally.
We will use parts of the Avatar® Basic Attention Management Minicourse by Harry Palmer and you will get the Minicourse booklet to take home with you.
Expected results from this workshop:
• You will take with you some insights into the behaviour of your attention and how it currently works.
• You will gain an understanding of some valuable tools and how to use them in your daily life.
• You will have a tangible experience of how working on yourself has a direct, positive impact on your life and your ability to achieve your goals.
