In this workshop, you will get a short introduction into the method of Dragon Dreaming a holistic and participatory project design & management: consisting of a process, a toolbox, a game and a practice for projects and teams.
You will get a glimpse of how sharing dreams and working with dragons (challenges) can foster creativity and team spirit and how you can transform your project into a playful game, learn about tools for raising engagement in your team and for balancing different working styles within your team and get to know a process that helps you to navigate your project naturally.
Please, bring your dreams and your dragons of your project along.
