What are the business models that work for internationalization? How should start-ups maximise the opportunities and minimize risks?
This workshop focuses on the further development of the own business model under consideration of the international business environment. Opportunities and challenges of these dynamics are analyzed with regard to the own business. Results of this analysis are used to redesign and furtherdevelop the own business model. Approaches of international strategies are discussed in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Who will benefit?
Entrepreneurs with an already existing and scalable business model and who are interested in growing, developing and to internationalize their business. Participants should be familiar with the concept of business models (e.g. business model canvas by Alexander Osterwalder, IDEO).
