GIN GOES MAINLAND CHINA 2022

GIN goes Mainland China is a 2-days event in Vienna for Austrian startups interested in the Chinese market that want to explore how to internationalize to hotspots such as Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen. Enjoy a casual evening full of networking, exchange with China-experts and the GIN GO ASIA alumni network, where you can connect with Austrian startup founders and entrepreneurs who have successfully done business in Mainland China. During the workshops on day 2 you can learn more about Shanghai and Beijing’s vibrant ecosystems and start planning your expansion strategy.
GIN goes Mainland China is an event not only for “newbies” and startups that have not had any touchpoints with Mainland China yet, but also for more experienced startups that want to refresh their knowdlege and need a deeper insight into relevant topics (e.g. GO ASIA alumni startups).

Get first-hand insights into the Chinese market and benefit from multiple workshops about Shanghai and Beijing’s ecosystem, WeChat, Chinese Unicorns, and IP protection in China to prepare your internationalization strategy. REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to all verticals
- Austrian later/growth-stage startup (beyond PoC-stage)
- Established in the last 7 years (no k.o.-criterion)
- Raised at least seed-stage investment
- A proven business model with traction (clients, revenue)
- Unique product/solution & working prototype / MVP
- Interest in and/or experience with the Chinese market
