Event Details
Over a bi-monthly breakfast with a panel session, we discuss topics relevant for an audience looking to enter the Viennese startup ecosystem. Topics are for instance: where to apply for funding, ‘do I have to pay this WKO beitrage’, ‘how to make sure my hausverwaltung isn’t screwing me over’, etc.
For its first event we focus on how to set up shop in Vienna ‘by the books’. A Melange serves as an appetizer for office hours, like with the Vienna Business Agency (Gregor Posch is looking forward to answer any questions you may have) and Vienna Law Clinics for this edition.
Melange helps introduce newcomers (with a focus on expats) to the Viennese startup scene. We believe having a stable basis in Vienna allows an entrepreneur to be truly entrepreneurial. Historically sektor5 has hosted expats and assisted them informally. With Melange we want to lift this support to the next level.
