Ruth began her career in education in Europe, where she started a Children and Youth University for children from different social backgrounds and managed the concept for five years. In 2009, Ruth was awarded with a Fulbright Scholarship to enhance her education in the United States, and started at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) to receive her master’s degree.

For the past 15 years Ruth has been working in fundraising management, consulting NGOS and building up fundraising departments. In addition, she has been engaged with JCI (Junge Wirtschaft) for the past 10 years, currently as executive board member of JCI Vienna.

Now Ruth is putting her passion, career experience and values into creating a new venture: CareerMum – a mentoring and career platform for women on their maternity leave. She loves to empower and support women, and is keen on sharing important networking skills!
