EXPANSION WORKSHOP: Define your strategy towards scaling your business modell for growth and expansion

Get to know and define in this workshop:
– On-your-mark: Check your scaling readiness and set the target for scaling and expansion
– Get-set: Define the impact of scaling on your business model/ strategy
– Go: Set the right focus by defining your next steps in a roadmap”

Each topic will start with selected best practices and real-life-experience. You will be working on your own strategy and tactics and receive hands-on feedback from participants and the trainer. Expect room for open discussions on scaling your business model.

You should attend if:
– You have generated the first revenues with your product or service and you have reached product-market fit
– You want to scale your existing business model

Please note that these workshop series is designed for startups in their growth phase with an existing product/service. The startup shall be not older than 5 years and established in Vienna!
