The “Customer Journey Map” is a tool to improve customer experience and displays the different touch points between customer and service/product. It allows for a view on your company and its environments from a customer perspective.

The “Customer Journey Map” is a map which aims to graphically visualize the customer experience and displays the different touch points between customer and service/product. It allows for a view on your company and its environments from a customer perspective.
The method and the workshop are especially suitable for participants who want to explore areas that allow for future improvement of their products and services and also explore the experience people have when using it. Further it creates room for new service or product innovation.

Who will benefit?
Entrepreneurs with an already existing and scalable business model and who are interested in growing, developing and to internationalize the business.

Trainer: Tobias Göllner & Stephan Kardos
Tobias Göllner is co-founder and CEO at ShiftYard. After graduating from the University of Economics and Business in Vienna, Tobias worked as a Strategy Consultant at TPA Horwath. Following that, he established the new innovation consulting branch “Discover” at the start-up network Pioneers, working for well-known Austrian and international start-ups and corporations.
Tobias has been invited as a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Vienna (WKO) and WU Vienna.
Stephan Kardos is co-founder of ShiftYard and founder of the „Creativity Gym Vienna“.
After graduating from the University of Economics and Business in Vienna he worked as HR employee at the Austrian Integration Fund where he took over HR team lead eventually. Subsequently, he gained experience as project manager in the field consultancy. His last employment was at Siemens AG Austria, where he worked as HR Consultant for Leadership & Development.
