About the ELP

AustrianStartups is opening applications for the next batch of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. The program is designed to prepare you for a career in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and is based on five pillars:

Hands-on skill workshops that enable you to put ideas into practice yourself. (No-Code Prototyping, Business Modelling, Design Sketching, …)

Personal development sessions that help you build a mindset to thrive in an entrepreneurial world. (Opportunity recognition, emotional intelligence, dealing w/ uncertainty, …)

Discussion labs that push you to look beyond the surface of current problems & embrace the responsibility that come with driving change. (Gatekeepers vs Platforms, Hustle Culture, …)

A mentoring community that empowers you to create your personal support network in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and get inspired by a highly ambitious group of fellows.

Startup community projects that let you gain leadership experience and visibility among potential co-founders or future employers.

We will curate a highly diverse group of no-bullshit people who are really aiming to make an impact. If that sounds like you, we would love to have you on board.
