Get to know in this workshop:
– What are typical valuation methods to build/ confirm the valuation of your startup?
– How to apply one of the methods in a small case study to understand the valuation mechanics and prepare for your valuation?
Each topic will start with selected best practices and real-life-experiences. You will be working on your own valuation and receive hands-on feedback from participants and the trainer.
You should attend if:
– You want to understand and discuss the main drivers behind valuation methods and understand the difference to final price
– You want to apply one of the methods in a small case hands-on
Please note that these workshop series is designed for startups in their growth phase with an existing product/service. The startup shall be not older than 5 years and established in Vienna!
About the coach:
Harald Gold passionately works with startups on scaling. Since 2013 he has been working with more than 60 national and international startups/ entrepreneurs on hands-on scaling their businesses. Harald provides comprehensive experience in scaling business models, setting up and improving B2B/ B2C sales and partnerships and as well as prepare for startup valuation and defining the CFO agenda. His background is corporate strategy development, organizational development, corporate finance, corporate venturing and digitalization initiatives. He has been working in Central and Eastern Europe across several industries at Accenture and as Senior Advisor for a boutique consulting firm.
