In this workshop you learn things that can help you to change the culture of an organisation and make them more conscious about productivity as a theme, and perhaps improve engagement and motivation too.

The Workshop on “Get ready for productivity” covers the basic in productivity (tasks vs projects, email, calendar, meeting, tools) and project management with a focus on cloud collaboration as it is a huge trend, but however poorly executed by most teams as well as clearly distinguishing between internal and external communication and basic requirements.

Trainer: Danny Holtschke
Danny’s passion for startups and digital business models has been shown in his work at Compass (fka Startup Genome Project). Following his mission to radically improve success rate of start-ups, he co-created the “Startup Ecosystem Report 2012” utilizing Compass’ database to analyze the 20 biggest global start-up ecosystems. After successfully starting Spotistic, he coaches start-ups at Startupbootcamp Berlin in market and customer discovery and validation and leads a new ecosystem project.
