Exosphere is a unique program focused on the cultivation of entrepreneurs. Based in Chile, Exosphere is committed to attracting a wave of world-class talent and innovation to the city of Vina del Mar. Exosphere has established the worldwide entrepreneurship program Exobase, aimed to nurture and prepare aspiring entrepreneurs for the challenging international arena.
Exobase invites you to take a step away from your daily pressures and gain new perspective. Enjoy 2 full days of creative challenges to discover your natural leadership and recognize opportunities within your company or startup and guided introspection to understand your limits and areas in need of improvement. Group discussions will help you gain perspective and connect with people who are asking the same questions.
The main difference from other accelerator programs is Exobase’s methodology. Antonio Manno, one of the workshop facilitators: “We think being an entrepreneur is primarily a state of mind. Some of the key topics that we discuss are self-confidence, anti-fragility, dedication to reality, delay of gratification, the sense of community and the illusion of getting rich easily in the world of start-ups.” Very grounded, these Exobase guys.
