Entrepreneurship Avenue Conference – Meet successful entrepreneurs and dive into the Austrian startup scene

The Entrepreneurship Avenue Conference is a one-day event, which connects students from different academic backgrounds (e.g. WU, TU, BOKU, MED) and anyone interested in learning more about the Austrian startup scene with experienced entrepreneurs. Renowned founders and investors from various industries come together to inspire, help and encourage young people to start their own business. They will share their insights during keynotes, panel discussions, expert sessions and networking opportunities. The conference gives attendees the unique chance to find out more about the founders’ motivation, their careers in a startup and to learn from their experience. The program ends with the “2014 Avenue Pitch Award” at which teams can pitch their business ideas in front of an investor jury. And then – it’s time to celebrate: an after show party will close the day.

The event is organized by SIMConnect, the official student organization of the “Strategy, Innovation and Management Control” master at WU, the Entrepreneurship Center Network (ECN) and MANAGEERS.
