Learn something about the basic principles of entrepreneurial action and create a menu “à l’entrepreneur”

  • What are the “recipes” of expert entrepreneurs?
  • What are the differences compared to classical management?
  • How can I use this for my own projects?

These are some of the questions we want to address in a very special workshop based on the principles of the Effectuation method. That is the name of an innovative concept to co-create the future in a way expert entrepreneurs do it. They start their ventures with the means available and create something new and valuable together with partners. While doing so they try to keep the risks on a low level and make use of unexpected events that happen on the way.

Through the workshop based on this Effectuation method, you will have the opportunity to apply these ideas to your own project. Finally you will experience the logic of Effectuation by creating a menu together with others.

Cook like an entrepreneur, enjoy the result and share your ideas.

The contribution fee for cooking is 15 €.
