In seinem Impulsvortrag gibt Jodok Batlogg uns einen tiefen Einblick in die Gedankenwelt eines Tech-Gründers. Er berichtet wie das Team von Crate.io aus Vorarlberg heraus ein internationales Tech-Unternehmen aufbaut, wie es Risikokapital aufstellt und wie sich das Silicon Valley von Vorarlberg unterscheidet. Weitere Themen des Vortrags sind Agilität in der Entwicklung, Selbstorganisation und Führung, Aufbau und Entwicklung talentierter Teams sowie der Mut zu Neuem, welchen er in Vorarlberg manchmal vermisst.
