In this workshop we work with teams to do either the first step in a possible business or to verify their value proposition for their target customer group. The focus will be on – what is the specific problem worth solving and what customer segment is best to be addressed first.
We will mainly use the Javelin Board from Lean Startup Machine (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8l1ld1WjndY) and you either come with a problem proposal yourself or we provide you one. If you have already a solution you are also welcome, then we will focus on customer segmentation. Be prepared to get out of the building and conduct customer interviews, collect contacts from potential buyers and in the best case get your hypothesis verified.
Rememember, novel ideas can be only tested and verified on the market!
