Menorca Millennials, the World’s First Startup Decelerator, is the definitive program for serial
entrepreneurs* seeking to scale and have global impact. Our program starts with 12 days in Menorca,
and continues over the course of one-year, providing strategic support for fundraising and media
exposure.

A select group of 30 global tech start-ups, from hundreds of applicants, converge on the island of
Menorca to pause, get inspired to create, focus business objectives, and raise smart capital to
hyper-accelerate with global scale, gaining access to some of the world’s biggest leaders in tech.
The decelerator is a place for founders to escape the mental noise of their day-to-day, step back and
focus. We believe in 1:1 sessions, creating shared experiences, and making connections on a more
human level.
This human factor is a key differentiator for our community – we are more than just an event; we’re
a community, building authentic relationships that will last a lifetime. Our community of serial
entrepreneurs, business leaders and investors forge vital links in the start-up ecosystem to help you
scale.

During the 12 days, the startups live together with international business experts, and during the
final days, Menorca Millennials hosts global venture capitalists that personally meet the 30 startups
who will join the community to raise capital.
