A good business idea needs to be supported by an innovative and well-thought-out plan. This is extremely relevant for social start-ups and early stage businesses to increase the chance of their success.
Cezar Neaga, Impact Hub Vienna, will host a workshop on how to design and develop an innovative business model that fits your social start-up strategies. He will give you a customised insight into the nature of business model, and will help you to apply this concept to your idea.
Among the topics covered:
- What is a business model?
- What are the components of a business model?
- Which components are the most important for your start-up?
- How do you implement a business model? How do you reach your customers?
At the end of the workshop, you will learn how to frame the pieces of your business, and you will have a clear idea on how to implement your own business strategy.
