Are we at the beginning of a global shift in talent flows?

Fireside Chat – presented by CEConnection

Silicon Valley is no longer the only destination for European tech talent. Today, aspiring entrepreneurs can find opportunities, both at home and globally, for exponential growth and access to capital. Next to Asia and Latin America, especially Europe became a thriving landscape of highly competitive innovation hubs, often in unexpected places.

Despite competition from other regions, Silicon Valley continues to lead innovation rankings and attracts massive talent inflows from all over the world. However, at a time when immigrant policies affecting the Valley are becoming less predictable and more restrictive, European entrepreneurs increasingly must compare different global options to seek out their best location. Are we at the beginning of a global shift in talent flows? And who will benefit?
