AustrianStartups Stammtisch #81: Virtual Teams – A New Paradigm?
Over the past few years, remote work has become an emerging trend among many big and small companies – some have even moved their offices online entirely. However, in the current crisis, most teams have suddenly been forced to rethink the way they work and, at least temporarily, create a digital workspace. Bedrooms became offices, joint work sessions became video conferences, suits became tracksuits. How does this shift affect company culture, and what does it imply for the future of digital or analogue teamwork?
At this month’s virtual Stammtisch, our panel will discuss their short- and long-term experience with working remotely, comparing their approaches and how it has changed their way of working together as a team. The Stream will be accessible on all our platforms (links will follow).
During the panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to ask questions via sli.do. Afterwards, you can join breakout rooms for “Ask Me Anything” sessions with the speakers or mingle at the virtual bar (aka your favourite seat at your house) for drinks & networking.
