Innovation in the public space & mobility – How can startups contribute and benefit?
AustrianStartups Stammtisch #47 will be all about innovation in the public space. We will discuss how startups can contribute in this field and give you an overview of the diverse possibilities & challenges in regards to working together with public institutions. For that, we will tackle important questions like: What do you have to consider if you are planning to collaborate with public institutions? What benefits can you expect from such a collaboration? And what is important if the public sector is going to be your client?
First, Walter Wasner (Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Innovation und Technologie) & Johannes Braith (Store.me) will share their personal experiences in this field with a short keynote.
Afterwards we have gathered a panel with:
– Johannes Braith, Store.me
– Jasmin Berghammer, Innovative öffentliche Beschaffung
– Martin Posset, BOKU – Universität für Bodenkultur Wien / thinkport Vienna
Once the official event is over, we will have a special version of our speed dating to let you explore potential benefits of innovating in the public space. The perfect opportunity to meet the faces behind the Urban Mobility Labs and discuss potential for cooperation in an informal setting.
We are looking forward to another exciting Stammtisch with you!
Your AustrianStartups Team
Ps.: We will have free drinks up to 500€ on the evening – Let’s all say THANK YOU to Austriatech (www.austriatech.at), who will sponsor!
