The business world is full of studies and data which show that diversity in hiring and management is profitable. Diverse teams are more creative, more energetic and productive. But for various reasons, diversity, especially in relationship to gender, hasn’t yet fully taken real root in startup environments.
To discuss the latest research, the benefits of team diversity and why it’s necessary for every entrepreneur to be more aware and to seek change of the status quo, we’ve invited:
