It’s time for our monthly startup gathering, traditionally held in sektor5, one of Vienna’s finest coworking spaces.
This time it’s all about “How to get developers”!
Take a look at sektor5’s offline job board – and virtually every jobs page on a startup’s website – and it becomes apparent that people are desperately looking for developers. And, judging by the amount of TU alumni, there should be enough computer scientists to choose from. Yet we, or who ever is in charge of recruitment, can’t find them.
