It’s that time of the month again and for the 28th time we meet for our periodic Stammtisch, we want to touch on a topic which all founders must go through in the early days of a startup: the first hire.
The team is the lifeblood of any company and as such finding new people to join your great new project is the key to its success. Your first few hires at a startup are arguably some of the most important hires you can ever make. A common mistake is that founders usually downplay the importance of HR early on by not setting up a proper process for finding and onboarding the right people. So how do you best source and find talent? And more importantly, how do you keep it a constant in your business?
The future value of your company will be strongly influenced by how aligned its employees are with the core values, vision and mission of the business. Investing time on this issue might be the defining factor for success, so let’s talk about it!
