Thomas Kulnigg is a Corporate/M&A Partner at Schoenherr and leads the Startup & Venture Capital Services Team. He regularly works on consultancy projects with national and international companies in the technology and digitalization sector. Before working at Schoenherr he gathered experience in a prestigious Austrian IT-law Think Thank.
